•Yes, by logging into your account and completing the change monthly contribution form under variation. You are expected to input only the increased or reduced amount.

·       Yes you can. To do this follow the steps below:

·       Login to your Coopwest account, Click on application forms and select savings withdrawal from the drop-down menu

·       Complete the form indicating the required fields: amount, payment method (Bank Transfer) then submit. You will be notified via mail of the progress of your request.

·     Only withdrawals after the payroll period (16th of every month) will attract a surcharge of 1%

·       Yes there is, your withdrawal limit is no more than 75% of your unencumbered Savings subject to a minimum account balance of N 20,000. This means that if you however have a Regular or Commodity loan running, 50% of the loan amount outstanding at any point in time must be locked in your savings. 

·       There is also a limit of one withdrawal per quarter for the year. 

·       A. Yes, you can. As a new member of society, it is mandatory to have a minimum share value of N 20,000.00; this is however very much different from your savings. You can also choose to make voluntary purchases for shares via payroll or bank transfer.

·       Upon registration/ joining, the member is expected to purchase the minimum value immediately. Subsequent contributions to the shares is voluntary.

·       When and how can I increase my share value? This can be done any time, and conveniently online. You may contact coopwestinfo@coopwest.net should you encounter any difficulty.

·       Subject to the ruling SPDC Coopwest Bye-law, shares of a retiring member are retained with the Cooperative for one (1) financial year after which it is remitted to the member; this is also subject to funds availability at the time

·       Log into your Coopwest account via the website, Click on the application form, and Select the loan application form (from the drop-down menu)

·       Complete the form indicating the required fields: amount, duration, mode of repayment, etc. then submit. You will be notified via mail of the progress of your request.

·       You can apply for a loan after 6months of active membership

• The interest rate depends on the type of loan, however its highly competitive.

·       Fill in your email address and staff number click reset

·       A reset code will be sent to your registered e-mail box.

·       Insert the code in the field that is provided

·       Once successful, you will be provided with a page to setup your new password. (Please note that password should be at least 6 characters)
